Hi Ian, That is certainly glowing! Great shot for the theme. When you stopped by my place a few days ago you left a comment about getting closer on my picture. I've re-posted the picture close up if you want to take a look. Have a great day!
HI HERE IS THE DETAIL OF THE EXPOSURE!! I used a tri-pot and my macro lens (100mm -Canon). With this lens I get better detail than the 35mm. The macro lens is just superior to the standard lens!
And you didn't invite me? Love all those reds, oranges and yellow you have going...this is one HOT image (and I can almost smell the bbq!
ReplyDeleteIt's not easy to get detail in photos of flames. At least, not for me. You did a nice job!

Perfect for "glow"! I can feel the heat from here. It's hard to capture fire and you did a great job on this one. Hope the barbecue was tasty!!
ReplyDeleteBBQ goes over well with my family, too. They all come over on Sunday night hoping Mom has something tasty to serve.

This is really terrific. I just tried to capture a bonfire and did a fairly poor job of it, thus all the more that I appreciate your fine capture.
